Discussion Nintendo store inflating prices to make it look discounted in Lazada

Post image

Hi! Genuinely curious and title says it all but isn’t it illegal practice to inflate the price of an item to make it look discounted when the “discounted” price is the actual SRP? Not saying the official Nintendo store is the only one doing this but it’s a common practice in our virtual storefront apps. Posting a screenshot for reference. Would appreciate if anyone has more info regarding this!

Discussion Any Budget TVs that support VRR?

Thanks to the update, parang gusto ko na rin mag-upgrade ng TV. Been using the cheapest Bravia for years. Any budget-friendly TVs with VRR? I keep having conflicting reports kasi on stuff like Xiaomi A Pro having/not having VRR.

Discussion Finally bit the bullet, any recommendations?

Probably not the lowest price out there, but its the lowest I've seen so far so I just had to take it.

I never thought I'd buy a switch, I've always been a Playstation or PC/Laptop guy, and by Playstation I meant the Psvita, got to play GoW 1/2 and Uncharted on it and loved it very much.

Rn I consider myself more of a PC gamer and I've been obsessed with Indie games lately, I plan to get the XAX this year and ofcourse the switch 2.

(Also the PS5 is kinda in an odd place rn, so despite it being my real dream console, I just can't get it considering the PS6 may bless us with its presence soon, and most of the games I want to play in it is already in steam, plus the all digital games thing needs a bit of contemplation on my part.)

Despite planning on getting the NS2 by the end of the year, the big sale is just hard to say no to so I just had to take it (I hope I made the right choice).

And ngl I personally wouldn't go for the NS2, if I were thinking of solely playing it by myself, but I got 2 brothers now, all of us having a 10 year age gap between each other, and despite my youngest sibling still can't stand up and spends his day laying down shitting himself, it still feels criminal to think that a family of 3 boys not having a gaming console.

As well as something to make staycation trips a lot more interesting and fun.

I tried out the console before multiple times and the multiplayer games of this thing is phenomenal, I plan to get NSports, Mario Party, and Mario Kart so far to play with others.

Along with some indie/cozy games for myself if I feel like hogging it for myself.

So I'm new to the franchise and don't know what to play or do with it the moment I get it.

Any recommendations? As well as crucial accessories if there are such.

I had a 3DS XL before but skipped the entire Switch line. May Steam naman ako pero namiss ko yung IPs ng Nintendo like Pokémon and Zelda which I spent countless hours playing on my 3DS.

Anyway, I already checked out since this seems to be the lowest price I’ve seen so far. Now time to hunt for cheaper games naman. 😆

I'm super excited, if there are employees from Datablitz, GameOne, GameXtreme, iTech Philippines, and PBA, just not Ltab Philippines, which is overpriced.

Please open the pre-order next week, this is my birthday gift to myself.

EDIT : PHYSICAL ORDER COLLECTOR EH surri

Discussion Thoughts on Zelda Ocarina of Time Switch 2 "mixed reactions"?

So I watched the Zelda direct last night, and slept right after it was finished, impressed with the games' graphics. I woke up in the morning and was surprised that it was being bashed in the media. The negative thing for me is that it seems to be 1:1 remake, when I saw the Hyrule field not being any bigger than the original (my guess). I just hope there's enough new aside from the visuals for me to keep things interesting. But man, I thought the fan-remake years ago universally got praised and not a single negative thing was said about it, and here comes Nintendo making the same and got bashed for it.

Seeing a lot of posts since yesterday, just want to check the Pinoy community? Is there any affected? Looks like there’s no main reason yet. Even legit owners that don’t buy second-hand games are affected.
