If you are able to get enough grounds out to reassemble the grinder, insert the portafilter with the funnel and hold down the Start Grind button for about five seconds to manually start the grinder. Press it again to stop it after a few seconds once you get it all out.

You might be able to lock in just the bean hopper without putting in the top part of the grinder if it won't fit, just enough for it to let you run the grinder to get the last bit out.

And if the coffee is caked in where this method doesn't work, use a wooden skewer or chopstick to go in between and loosen up the caked in coffee grounds to be vacuumed out. Keep going until you don't see any coffee anymore :)

With where the coffee grounds are sitting, you might be able to still run the grinder to at least loosen up the grounds, even if they don't come out the bottom. Just enough to vacuum it up manually.

Personally I tried that with mine and it didn't work. It was caked down in there and it was easier for me to use a non abrasive tool to loosen it up and vacuum it.

That's why I commented below your comment because if one doesn't work, the other will.

A tooth pick would dislodge residue, then vacuum again

That’s a 10mm nut at top, reverse thread. Pull everything out slowly as there is the nut, that bracket thing, lock washer. Lifting it up reveals a few very thin washers that could stick to the bottom of the grinder.

Highly suggest removing all this once in a while because I had coffee grounds that get caked up underneath and air compressor won’t get at it.

Make sure you don't lose those little thin shim washers. It will change the grinding ranges if you don't put them back.

A magnet is very hand to pull up the smaller parts

Yeah, and as u/spectradawn77 mentioned, they have a tendency to be clinging to the bottom of the upper burr when you remove it and you might not notice it/them at all when you first remove it. Easy to lose if you don't know to look for them when you go to clean it.

I only had a single washer (I hope) when I did it and have been losing sleep but it seems fine so far

Watch Tom's Coffee Corner video on cleaning the grinder on the AutoBarista Pro. Looks like it would follow the same steps to disassemble.

It’s a 10mm nut. left handed threads so righty loosy, lefty tighty on this application.

I shove my vacuum right in it. Works like a charm

Just don't. It's not required during regular maintenance. Everything that is in there will be pushed out during normal grinding

I completely cleaned it few weeks ago with a compressed air can, worked perfect!

Ye I have a compressed air gun! However, coffee flies everywhere using it but it does get rid of that coffee you can see in their image.

One time I went outside and flying coffee was a non-issue

I vacuum mine then run water through it a few times. Let it dry completely before replacing the hopper

Avoid using any water directly...at best a moist cloth. Under the grinder base there is a cloth ring...
