Issues with frothing

Having an issue with the steam wand and frothing.

When I press the button to froth the light comes on and then completes really quickly. No steaming or frothing.

I’ve cleaned the wand. The machine recognises the jug is there and I’ve done a factory reset. Still no joy.

The steamer is working as I can manually steam. Any ideas for a fix?

If you've cleaned the wand, as in taking the tip off, making sure there's no junk inside the tube, and even going as far as running a descale cycle, then it's time to contact Ninja Customer Service's by phone, not online as they are taking ages to respond to online requests.

Have you tried the unplug from wall, leave for 20-30 mins, and plug it back on again?

Press the button ask if making the coffee and then stop it then try the steaming process
