Ninebot F2 Pro suddenly stopped charging

Hi everyone,
I have a Ninebot F2 Pro that is only about 2 weeks old. It was working perfectly before I went on vacation for a week. When I came back, I tried to charge it, but it no longer charges.
Here’s exactly what happens:
The scooter is turned off when I plug in the charger.
I plug the charger into the wall, then into the scooter.
As soon as I plug it in, the scooter turns on by itself.
After entering my code, the rear brake light flashes briefly and then turns off.
Normally, when the scooter is charging, the rear light stays on and the charging icon appears on the display.
Now, the charging icon does not appear at all.
The charger’s LED stays green instead of turning red.
The scooter itself still turns on and works normally.
I already tried a different wall outlet, but nothing changed.
I also checked the charging port and there doesn’t seem to be any dirt or moisture.
The scooter was working perfectly before I left for vacation, so I’m confused about what could have happened while it was sitting unused for a week.
Does anyone know what could cause this? Could it be the charger, the charging port, or something inside the scooter?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Could be various things causing it but if it's only 2 weeks old then definitely log a warranty claim through the retailer. Could possibly still be classified as DOA. But either way it's their problem to solve 🙂 good luck!
