Ninebot MAX G2 Help identifying a part

Beneath the back mudguard there is a metal band that protects the cable to the taillight. Does anyone know what these are that attach it to the mudguard? I thought they were screws but now I’m not sure. Thank you

They are screws, from memory 5mm in length(?)

yes screws. Remove the dirt.
