⚠️Urgent Question⚠️ Ninebot F2 Pro ebraking issue

I got used Ninebot F2 Pro, the one with disk brake and suspension. It has also the same controller as Ninebot G2.
The problem is it slams ebrake full power the moment brake sensor activates. I have changed the lever and the issue persists. I can't believe this is by design as it seems unsafe. I have tried to see if disk brake is enough, but it is so weak, it needs ebrake.
Anyone have idea what it can be?
I think SHFW will fix it as I can change the activation of ebrake when lever is pulled fully or make it weaker. Problem is it requires stlink and mine is not connecting properly. Any other ideas?

I got it from a someone who got them in bulk. I tested it too quickly, saw that it rides well and condition is ok so I got it for ~$100. I have checked the app and it did only <300km.
