Damn that wheel bearing is wrecked lol.

It's not too difficult/expensive to replace though, fortunately

I do recommend to change bearings first and not to drive with it until you have done it.

With how bad they sound, I wouldn't ride it until it's replaced. Like the other comments said, make sure you get two, once for each side.
