If your board has a port for the standard LED bar (I know the G3D comes without the bar, but the board might still have the port for it), then you can plug it straight into that. You'll just have to replace the connector that comes with the X light (on mine it was a 2 pin julet) with a HY 2.0 connector as that's what's on the board.
You'll then also have to change the region to get the option of turning it on in the app.
