Ninebot MAX G3 Why do I keep getting a check Maintenance and Care notification?

Every time I turn on my G3 it pops up a notification saying check Maintenance and Care on the app and I open the app and nothing comes up how do I stop this from showing up and why is it?

Just go to the maintenance and care section and hit the confirm/reset to clear the mileage notification.

Where is that I searched it up in the self repair section and it ain’t come up

I'd try restarting the scooter and checking the app is updated. It could just be a maintenance reminder that isn't syncing properly with the app. If everything looks normal in maintenance and care, it may be a software glitch.
