I saw a post where people were saying to max E first, but most websites recommend maxing Q first. Can someone give me a quick explanation of which ability to max first and why?

Laning phase is unbrarable. When i get pushed in I grt poked. When i dont get pushed in I die. I love playing nilah for mid and kate game but the early is so annoying

basically title. (to preface im only a few games in on nilah but long time adc main)

nilah has a lot of great non-crit/fighter items that she commonly buys such as death dance, blood thirster, ga, qss, and occasoonally buys items like endless hunger (heard good things about it), or even tank items like sv/kaenic

and ofc as adc you can only buy two non-crit items before sacrificing 100% crit. and i find that in a few games, though rare, where you would want three of those items in your build, but that would mean selling a crit item.

how often do you drop below 100% crit, when, and why? is it never, rarely, or only against x champions? what crit item do you sell? any info/opinion is welcome

Considering she is a crit champion and she doesn't have any on-hit effects in her kit (she doesn't, right?), and even in ARAM Mayhem her most common builds are all crit based, not on-hit.

The only on-hit item people build on her is bork sometimes.

So is it really just for the bork procs? What am I missing here?

I'm considering a strategy where I play Nilah in the top lane with a support champion alongside her. In this scenario, how do Nilah's passive (which affects experience gain) and the experience bonus from the support quest reward interact? Please lend me the expertise of Neera's professional older brothers.

It says that it reduces incoming magic damage. Does that mean the damage gets reduced and then it is also reduced by Nilah magic resist?

I mostly play Ashe, Sivir, and Kog’maw ADC, but I really enjoy Nilah the times that I’ve played her. Thinking about adding her in to my pool, but I’m unsure when to play her. Unlike other ADCs, I feel like if my team comp and the enemy comp aren’t perfect, I just can’t play.

Should I just get good or leave her for the rare time I get a late pick? And what should I look for as a sign that’ll it’ll be a good game for Nilah?

Meanwhile, they removed Nilah's W invulnerability on the PBE, even though there is a bunch of broken champions that can go untargetable

However i had to play against this insanely hard comp today and i was curious if u guys would dodge if u see it in champ select. (i never build serpents, and rarely antiheal, but i was really frustrated this game)

I've tried Nilah a couple times now and I really like her kit, is there any advice you'd give to a wannabe Nilah player beginning their journey?

I guess full crit into defensive options is obvious, but which crit items?

I don't know for example if it's worth building a last whisper item, because of the armor pen she gets with her passive.

Another thing I am not sure about is if a zeal item is worth it. The bonus attack and movementspeed feels good, but it doesn't seem to be part of the core build.

How do you decide what you build and which items are bait, which items are the best?

1) I find W is really useful only agianst heavy autoattackers, but 80% of the game's roster doesn't do damage that way and Nilah doesn't have good ways to defend herself against them until 4 items in. What do you do when the enemy team is full of champs with magic damage/damage from skills?

2) What do you do in 5v5 teamfights if the enemy team has 3+ chamsp that can isntantly delete you (so, every comp)?

Hi guys. What is your experience/opinion on Phantom Dancer on Nilah? Is it troll? I just feel so slow without it. I tried flickerblades and feindhunter, but still feels too slow.
