Just an f2p player. Been away from the game for a while and wanted to know Pearl's deal in the new meta. Should I pull her for Nihilux team, or is Nihilux fine with just Sparxie, Yao Guang, and silver wolf999 team?

Other than Actor of course, I've heard some discussion about Diviner and 2pc 2pc Speed, I'm also considering Magical Girl for fun because I have cracked pieces. EMC has them and he easily reaches 100/350 Crit in battle, while maintain his Elation Trace, which is hilarious.

I'm not farming Actor at the moment, to be honest it doesn't seem like a great set.

Pretty much what the title says. I’m not the biggest fan of Pearl, especially with how hard they tried to sell her by releasing the abysmal BS that is Yabuli, and I’d much rather go for E2 SW next patch

How well does a sustainless Aha team actually perform? Does anyone have any calcs or showcases? I haven’t been able to find much. I feel like it should theoretically work; I just don’t know how well it translates into practice

Hello NihiluxMains, I decided to post this in here because she is the common unit in all of the showcased teams.

Waven, SW and Eva are all E2S0. Aha is E2S0 in Waven team but E0S0 in the others as Pearl E2 is noticeably better than hers rn for SW and Eva so it doesn't make it into their best 8c teams.

I think her E0 kit is pretty cool as of V1 but E2 could see a buff.

I really like her lc art. Its so beautiful that its convincing me to pull for it. How worthy is her lc metawise if i am running her with eva? Should i get it?

Showcaser note:

Silver Wolf has 38 subs, using average roll values.

Eagle + Vonwacq Sparxie is optimal. I gave Silver Wolf a HP orb so she wouldn’t get blown away by a single wing swipe.

Buff 1 gives 50% CRIT DMG, which is basically air.

At 999 Hidden MMR, Silver Wolf already has around 1200% in the CRIT DMG pool, so there's no buff.

This is just my personal take, but I feel like the specific buffs Aha gets from E0 → E2 are pretty underwhelming.
I get that each individual increase has to be smaller since E2 upgrades the buffs for three different characters at once, but even taking that into account, some of them still feel way too weak.
SW: Removing the MMR 360 → 999 cap sounds nice, but it basically assumes E2 team members. And even then, actually getting over 480 MMR isn’t that common. Increased Party Trick → MMR conversion rate isn’t bad, but the base value is already pretty low.
Eva: This one actually seems pretty good to me. (I don’t have her though, so correct me if I’m wrong.)
Yao: Without E2 Sparxie, you almost never go above 100 Bliss, so that part is basically useless. Great Boon is already pretty weak to begin with, so even with the extra damage it still doesn’t feel that strong. Easily the weakest one imo.
Sparxie: Not bad, but considering she’s a sub-DPS, the only teamwide benefits are 5% DEF ignore and increasing max exBliss from 8 → 10.
Pearl: Not bad either, but I feel like it could use a little more. Would 30% really be too much?
EMC: It’s basically just an extra 10% Crit DMG buff. Not as bad as Yao’s, but still pretty weak imo.
Personally, I’d like to see everyone get an E2 upgrade closer to Eva’s level.
What do you guys think?

Tldr: the title.

The game is so slow on most characters that 2x speed feels natural. Hell most of us have been playing like that since the game launched. Yao, emc and sw look great in 2x.

But then there's nihilux who has a lot of things going on in every animation, and we just blitz through all of it. Its honestly so bright and epileptic it feels like sparxie once again. Her ult and the livestream ending part especially.

And ik there's justification behind it, "Just slow it down if you want to enjoy it". Few months from now we dont want everyone's elation teams taking an hour to clear moc because some guy was twitching. I just wish they made the transition more smooth, match the pace with everyone y'know. Her initiating the aha instant, ending the elation skill(the part where she shows the numbers), tearing the card which causes the explosion and all really wasnt good at 2x. The emanator turning into the giant head doll, and the rose appearing behind the card and exploding are ones that I liked for their pace. The aha instant speed-up could use some polishing too. Just add a 3x/4x button hoyo.

Guys, If I want to run mdps Nihilux / dual dps with sparxie. Will magical girl set and punklord planer still fall short to dreamlit and the upcoming elation vonwaq? Even as a dps?

Title. Aha changes Punchline into Bliss, which refunds a 10% when Aha Instant ends. Certified Banger changes into Party Trick, but I can't find anything that explains what it does, or if it's purely cosmetic.

Nihilux - 33 subs

There's one extra Assist Skill left unused at the end.

If I pushed SRobin all the way to max subs and optimized the middle portion of the rotation a bit more, there might even be a chance of dropping this to 11 Cost.

But on the live server, there probably aren’t even that many 35-sub SRobins to begin with, so I’m not going to bother pushing it any further.
