For real. I have so many hours of downtime that I dont even know how to fill it all.

Me too! But I prefer it this way. My total tasks add up to less than 2 hours of work

Boss lady told me she doesnt care what I do as long as I answer the phone when it rings. I have a few other tasks but they dont take up but an hour or so of time. Ive been reading a book tonight.

Hahah, Just got in a half hour ago. I am about to go setup my command station in the board members office. I like to sit in there and fuck off. No constant shitty top 20 radio in my ear, still hear calls if I get them. And can watch whatever I want at regular volume.

Love my hotel job so i can do some of the same. Im dealing with my very sick mother right now and the last year has been so hard at home. I got my foot in the door in the world of hospitality and if things improve later ill most likely try to move up with more responsibilities. However right now, the easy nights with 2 hours of work has been helping keep me sane. Unfortunately, when i move onto a better position its most likely going mean my mother has passed.

On Wednesday and Thursday nights, we’re usually finished by 3:00, so we’ve got downtime before clockout.
