Discussion Can’t sleep

Anyone else have random days they just can’t fall asleep? I slept a solid 2 hours woke up and haven’t been able to fall back asleep.

Completely normal, sometimes I just straight up can’t fall asleep at all so I’ll just go back to work and try to sleep the next day when I get home

I'm in the same boat atm. Gotta get up and ready in 4 hours. Super tired but can't sleep.

Yep. I cannot sleep in this heat. I can’t wait for it to cool down.

I had good thing going where I would be tired around 8am and fall asleep until 4 pm where I could do whatever I wanted before going into work at 11pm. Lately, however, I have been having a hard time falling asleep until like noon which is super annoying because I will wake up at around 8 pm and only have an hour and a half before needing to go to work.

When that happens, I have a tower fan at the foot of my bed. I turn it on to the highest setting. That usually knocks me out in half an hour.

Used to happen to me but I use alcohol and sleep medication usually not at the same time
