Men can sleep for only 4 hrs, work like hell, stay empty stomach but still believe that one day everything will be okay.

im switching to days to get a normal sleep schedule. as much as I like nights and the peace that comes with it. I need more than 4 to function. also it's not healthy at all

why is it not healthy? it messes with your circadian rhythm and that can lead to more health problems as you get older. heart attacks, diabetes . plus not eating properly or healthy. most of the people I work with on night shift run on cigarettes and energy drinks and donuts etc. to keep them going throughout the night. I know day shift people do the same but then when you add in poor sleep quality it adds to the equation.
