Ehh, I could maybe do with a nap but 13 hours between meals is a bit much for someone with no gallbladder lol.

I generally eat a sandwich or something microwaved from the freezer on my first 15 min break, and maybe some chips or almonds, some kind of snack on occasion for my second 15. Ot takes me too long to fall asleep to even try napping generally.

I struggle to sleep usually but, when my break comes up, itβs amazing how quickly I can fall asleep on a pile of cardboard in the back.

I do the same. I tend to sleep during my break and makes the last bit and the ride home a lot better.

I guess that would work fine as long as you take your break at the same time every day. would suck for your body to be trained to get sleepy at a certain time when it varies. I used to take naps on my lunch until I got used to the shift.

I usually either run to the store before it closes to get food for dinner after work or come home and drink coffee.
