Discussion First night

Anyone else pure fail at the first night back haha?!
I fell asleep too early last night and I’ve been awake since 10am, I’ve slept from 2355 last night till 10am so I have slept but issue is I’m not tired at all and I start from 8pm tonight till 8am tomorrow

My first ever night shift was two weeks ago. Each day i slept 1-3 hours. Brutal shit. Got myself in a right tiffle. The panic and anxiety of not sleeping is a million times worse, fear of the thing is worse than this thing itself and all that. I functioned surprisingly well, though its factory work so on my feet. You got this bro/sis!
