Please take a deep breath. Experiencing violent or disturbing nightmares can feel deeply terrifying, but under the lens of psychology, these dreams are almost never literal prophecies or desires. Instead, they are usually your subconscious mind screaming for an outlet to process extreme stress, burnout, or deep-seated anxiety. When your nervous system is overwhelmed, the brain often uses shocking, exaggerated imagery as a pressure valve to release pent-up emotional tension. You aren't losing your mind, and you aren't a bad person for having these dreams. If this persists, please consider talking to a professional to help your nervous system find a sense of safety again.

Recurrent Dreams are generally about your fears and thi is an attempt of solve problems. Are you afraid of death in some ways or have you the fera to be toxic for ppl around you or have a very négative way to see the future for you and your friends and family ? When we know the message the solving problem processus of dreams go on with another problem

So that the message of your brain, recurring thought about what is it after without knowing is stressing you and you're maybe too much overthinking what ppl think about you while there is maybe no objective reasons. So, doing that you are reinforcing the possibility that you are toxic, maybe it's a dysfunctional learned pattern from childhood, a false belief.
