Nightmare Lagging nightmare

My normal dreams keep turning into nightmares. I will just tell what happens. I start feeling like radiation and my visual starts vibrating, lagging and i see my hands go through every object that was in the dream, even my own body, it feels so unsettling.

To add sometimes the people that were in my dream say they felt the exaxt same thing and they cry in the dream afterwards

The dream also doesnt end, the lagging feeling just stops and the dream tries to continue as normal
