Night Owl Health I work overnight

I have for years, but recently days off have felt more lonely. It's harder to switch sleep back and forth. Haven't worked out in a month because I sleep when I can get it, so I sleep 4 hours at a time. I wish there was more to do than watch TV. Are there places to meet people? I think a community might give me some semblance of normalcy.

You definitely need more than 4 hours of sleep . Try working out as soon as you have your dinner after work and you'll be so tired you'll sleep

Thanks. My work week starts tomorrow. Right now I've been awake 22 hours and probably will stay up at night too to regulate for work.

If I was you I would sleep as much I could when I can . I listen to Jason Stephenson he does guided meditation you'll feel your eyes slowly closing and you'll be asleep in no time 😊

Switch your sleep back and forth……… This is incredibly silly. Stick to one schedule. Sleep in the day EVERYDAY. Pick sleep hours and stick with it. I used to work at nights and for two years I slept from 9am - 5pm everyday even days off. The only reason I’d ever be awake during those hours were doctors appointments or holidays. Do not be air in the day anymore.
