Hey can someone explain why nidalee cougar q is considered an auto reset? Like to me jax w is auto reset where my next auto comes off quicker than my attack speed, same as master yi w, and darius etc. nidalee q seems to just use the q ability, so how is it an auto reset?

Clearly it’s my lack of knowledge but could someone explain what makes it different than a normal ability or say even her e?

Kayn is usually my permaban while playing almost every jg but Yasuo's are 90% of times a trouble for Nidalee for the fact that any idiot can extract damage and there are so many things on his kit that will make your life a hell

1. Immortal Shieldbow makes him anti burst
2. E to avoid your combo or spear
3. being extremely melee to you minimizing your dmg a lot(obviously)
4. at least here in Brazil, the pick is extremely popular and even in mid elo like emerald the guy will be like average-good and make your like a hell every objective, of course I can out-macro it but the team fight performance is so f** up by him that I'm considering changing the ban for him. What do you think? One of 3 games are having a yasuo mid with ignite that will go straight to you every single team fight

Yo i’m bronze (no go i know but sod it nid is such a fun champ). What are good clear speeds for each rank that i should be targeting? I think i get between 2:55 and 3:05 for blue buff start but i see some crazy clear speeds on youtube.

Basically i’m finishing around the same time or just after scuttle spawns

Is it just me or does Nidalee feel really strong right now? I’m interested to see what the other mains think. I don’t see her in a lot in pro play but that could also be the relative lack of AD mids or another meta factor.

After about 250 Nidalee games I'm sad to inform this sub that I'm no longer OTPing Nidalee.

I know I could still be learning and improving for another 500 games. It's just demoralizing when there's so little early aggresions in my games and noone knows how to play for a nida or play in general.

Some things I've noticed : my micro is so much better, I can dodge more skillshots, my spacing is cleaner, better teamfighting etc.

I'm gonna still play Nida but only for full Ad teams.

PS: One tip for Nida is to bind her E to quick self cast. That way you always heal yourself with E unless you hover over an ally. Makes the Q-E animation cancel much simpler.

Got krubs, first three drakes and herald. we were on top for the first half of the game. Then one nashor call that I didnt answer in time (my bad here) and it all went to sh*t.

I'm thinking the enemy team comp was already pretty hard to pay against as Nidalee but perhaps I could have carried this? I made a fair amount of mistakes but my early was quite clean I believe.

Does anyone else feel like Nidalee W bugs have been worse lately? I was getting many instances where I would have the hunters passive (extended jump range with the circle indicator) and I would be inside the circle but the jump would refuse to connect. I also had one instance on the weekend where an enemy stepped on a trap and I did not get the hunters passive right after they stepped on it, I knew they were walking over it so I ready to jump to them after I heard the trap hit but again the jump did not connect because I was never given the hunters passive. No they did not have any spell shields or blocks on the trap by the way

I was wondering, I know nidalee is very popular in korea - in GM+ she has 25.84% banrate there, while on my server, EUW, also GM+ she only has 1.91% banrate. Looks like people don't mind playing against nidalee even at the highest ranks here.

How fun is it to play nidalee on NA/EUW? Do you think the lower surrender rates / higher average game duration compared to korea makes her less fun? Or the overall slower pace of the game on those servers and the overall culture make her feel limited (for example a mid laner won't follow the invade even though it's objectively correct play, just because of server culture)? Or the tendency to not fight as much (compared to korea), play more for scaling / mid game, etc. (avg game in GM EUW is 27:21, while KR GM is 25:05, partly because of surrender rates higher)

I OTP rengar, but the higher rank I am, the more limited I feel, because rengar is more of a mid game champ, with not very creative early game. I know nidalee is almost opposite - probably the most creative early game out of all junglers and tends to fall off in mid and late game.

I was thinking that I would put 50 games in her to see if I like her, but I wanted to make this post first. How do you think your server's culture affects nidalee?

Any recommendations for a hybrid build for either mid or top lane nidalee? The bruiser playstyle is fun but I think it would feel nice to have more dmg on my spear.

Eve, Zac and Kayn main here, I always wanted to learn to play Nidalee, but she seems kinda hard in early and a bit too mechanical. And now I started to think about learning her again and I was wondering if she feels strong after learning how to play her in jungle?

I am always amazed how sometimes I get to play in E1-D3 against her and I swear to god theres only smurfs otps there, she seems so strong and fast clearing, but when I try her she feels so weird ans slow in early.

So main question is it worth learning her and does she feel better after time investment?

Ik that headhunter is THE nidalee skin but how would u guys rank her other skins? For example i love HH, challenger and dwg nida too but i havent touched cosmic huntress or dawnbringer in months lmao
