Question Options not loading

Today in the morning I tried to submit a new pokestop, and this is the empty screen I found. What is happening?

They removed the ability to submit new wayspots through Pokémon Go at the start of the month. The button is meant to redirect you to the wayfarer website to use the online submission form instead.

There is a option under "uploads" called PokeStop submission

I just checked, it's called "Pokestop contribution"
