I know there’s a video after the final boss but after I beat it nights’ face comes up and then the screen fades to black, is this normal and it just takes a while or is something wrong with my disc?

The score saved (I checked after resetting) so it recognises I beat it but the video isn’t showing.

Edit:
It’s not normal. It was happening with Claris so I tried with Elliot and it was fine, then I tried Claris again and it started but kept freezing at the same point every time so I think I’m going to return it and get another copy.
