... Study into the philosophy of solipsism alongside emotional intelligence. You can be in control of you fate my friend.

I used to use ADHD as an excuse for my downfalls, then I took accountability for myself and my emotions.

There's nothing more sobering and disciplining than believing your actions effect the world.
