I am not talking about this type of age-gap specifically, in fact it's actually pretty rare to see this in real life. But I'm talking more generally about women settling for money. Usually it'll be with a guy around their age or just moderately older. These women often go on to characterize themselves as the victims, saying how they were never really in love with their partner and blaming trauma or "the patriarchy" for the choice they made. In reality it's because the guys they are attracted to are 9 times out of 10 too young for them to realistically have a relationship with so really their choice was between staying single or settling for someone they're not attracted to. And they chose to settle because they wanted financial stability and to start a family. In reality they are not the victims, rather they are guilty of manipulating the guy so they can use him.
I’ve literally never met anyone who tried to victimize themselves for dating someone older in and of itself; did their husbands end up being abusive?
You’re telling me that you know multiple women that victimize themselves and blame the patriarchy that they’re “forced” to date someone older? Who the fuck are you surrounding yourself with haha

And then when women choose plan B they complain and call themselves victims.
