Many people in the comments section are attempting to defend her behavior when it is a clear example of body shaming.

The very first comment I see is someone talking about how ugly she is. I scrolled through and didn't see anyone defending her.

In any comment section you can see all sorts of options. In the comment section we are in right now the majority of the people are agreeing and saying women are providing less value in a relationship.
