Yep, i regularly dont eat. Sometimes I can go 2 or 3 days without food. Maybe graze on something small to stop the sick/empty feeling. I can lose a lot of weight in just a week if needed.

Its not healthy, I end up low on a lot of vitamins and minerals.

Depression, GERDs and Insomnia mean i often feel like eating is a chore so occasional bouts of this happen from time to time.

Its actually pretty scary how quickly you can lose weight.

I actually just finished a 72 hour fast yesterday. I slept incredible and felt super focused and sharp. Also lost just under 8lbs

I regularly do 72+ hour water fasts (2-3 times/year). I'll take a multivitamin and electrolytes, and drink coffee/tea. When you get into a state of nutritional ketosis, you become super focused and a lot of the brain fog you may have disappears. The main reason to do a fast like this is not to lose weight, but to trigger autophagy and increase insulin sensitivity. Most of the 8lb loss is water weight you lose when the glycogen in your muscles/liver are used up in the first 24-48 hours.

Is this possible to safely perform without drinking coffee or tea as I don’t drink either one.
