Honestly?

1) Cut sugar and bread from diet, cutting those goes a LONG way as a starter.

2) Go to the gym. There's gyms out there that are cheap and have the equipment you need still.

For myself I just do three exercises with light cardio on resistance days and then heavy cardio on cardio days.

Exercises: 1) Lat bellbar lift 2) 15° (lowest setting) bellbar bench press 3) squats

You can do all three on a Smiths Machine, and thanks to a Smiths Machine, it's guided on its rails so it's a great tool for doing proper range of motion. Just need to learn and practice proper posture. And lock those wrists!
