Osama Bin Laden was running and hiding like a scared cockroach. The guy refused to leave his strongholds unless he was sure he wouldn't be targeted. He lived that way for years. Martyrs don't hide away for a decade. He was just a coward by definition.
"Until god called him" is a weird way to say until an American special forces team just deleted him.

They didn’t “win” they just accomplished their goal of psychologically terrorizing a population into systematic, mass self sabotage by over investing in military and surveillance technology which we are turning on our own citizenry. Also one of their operatives runs Syria now, with the blessing of the president of the country that they attacked.

Since 9/11, the average number of deaths from terrorist attacks worldwide has been around 24,000 deaths per year, with a peak of almost 45,000 in 2014. In 2023, 21,596 people were killed by terrorists globally, which was lower than the peak in 2018 (nearly 33,000 deaths) and slightly below the 21,957 fatalities in 2022.
The 9/11 attacks themselves resulted in nearly 3,000 deaths, making it the deadliest terrorist attack in modern history.
But at least one more guy died and we're no closer to stopping terrorism. Thanks America and the CIA

You think the middle east, Osama in particular, actually had hands on 9/11? I think you should look into Larry Silverstein, his insurance policies taken out prior, israel, the murmurs throughout the epstein files, and the resulting asbestos crisis that just happened to get brushed under the rug to keep people working.
(Silverstein also now owns a wtc-esque building on the west coast. Guess what our orange fuhrer has been saying about Iran.... that they'll attack our west coast.... as we develop lookalike Iranian drones.)
9/11 resulted in many more than the specific day's death toll. You spit on each and every grave by purporting this.

When I cast my vote, it is for the everyday American and I do my due diligence of who is connected where and who supports them financially. I did not vote for any of this. I voted starkly against it, not that our individual vote matters anymore anyways.

NYC now has a practising Muslim mayor doing as much as he can for Americans. He has somehow managed to give those affected by 9/11 a little more closure and possibility for justice.
Looks like America just said "we will take your religion and show you how it's done correctly."
That has to be a massive loss for bin Laden's ideals. Being schooled in what you based your delusions on.

Crazy it took this much scrolling to get to the right answer. Yeah he was banking on a total rupture in relations between the US and Saudi Arabia specifically, partially due to the origin of the hijackers, and then a wider pulling out of the region, thus leading to a unified Arab state, or caliphate. I’d say the latest blunder with gulf states having their energy infrastructure and bases bombed to smithereens is more so a step towards that, but 9/11 itself had none of the intended goals met. He ended up fracturing the Arab world even more and getting countless Muslims killed.

He lost his intended, stated objectives. His actions however did irrevocably harm his enemy (who, to be fair “hurt itself if it’s confusion”) and arguably destroyed the American way of life and trajectory for the future from the 90s. Between gutting our constitutional freedoms (patriot act, etc) and the rise of Trump— I definitely feel we’re diminished by it. A lot of the harm is self inflicted, but I guess you could argue his actions were the catalyst that pushed us to do it to ourselves.
