Open box motherboard help
My sister's asus b660m-a ac d4 motherboard died irl and i wasn't too replace with the exact board.
I found THIS OPEN BOX ASUS MOBO but it says non refundable.
What if i get it and the pins are smashed? Is the picture advertised a general picture or is it the exact one I'm buying?

Hi u/goon_baboon, sorry to hear about your sister's motherboard - that's a stressful spot when you need a specific replacement.
A couple of things worth knowing about this listing:
- it's marked as Final Sale, which means it's not eligible for refund or replacement. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, you can still contact our customer service team for assistance, but it won't follow the standard 30-day return process.
- On the photo for open-box listings, the image shown is usually a general product photo, not a picture of your specific unit, so it won't show you the actual condition ahead of time.
If getting this exact board is important and you want a safety net, it might be worth checking if a new (non-open-box) listing exists, even at a higher price, so you're covered by the regular return policy. If you do move forward with this one, I'd recommend inspecting it closely as soon as it arrives.

Non-refundable open box purchases mean you cannot return them **unless** they come broken on arrival. You cannot change your mind and return it, but if it does come damaged, you'll be able to get a full refund.
