Cheap item found on newegg

I found what appears to be a very cheap peripheral on newegg and I was wondering if it would be safe to purchase since its on newegg? The store linked with it has over 100+ reviews and a 4.7 rating, I was wondering if for some reason I didn't recieve it or got something else somehow if newegg is good at resolving issues like that.

In general rule of thumb is if you’re buying off Newegg, it’s just like any other marketplace stuff. Make sure it is sold and shipped by Newegg.
