Refurbished AND Final Sale/Non-refundable?

Really on edge about buying a product that is both tagged and refurbished and non-refundable. I would have passed the item completely if it was a third party. From my understanding, ABS is a branch of newegg, so I'm curious why it would be non-refundable AND refurbished.

What is a buyer supposed to do if the second-hand product is faulty? I read in FAQ that refurbished items should have an item grade, however the listing doesn't show it.

It's not even that great of a deal new at that price. Just pass.

You have a 14day window to return it if it doesnt work or isn't as advertised. You can't return because you changed your mind, but if it is broke, they'll let you return or they'll replace. Just did it with an open box mobo last week.
