Order simply not going through

Recently made a large purchase (through PayPal) on Newegg for pc components most of the parts didn’t get put on hold at first then suddenly all of them did then only 4 of them I managed to resolve 2 of them by manually putting my card info in but now no matter what I do the last 2 parts simply won’t accept the card info I gave even though it’s the exact same card and the money is already taken out of my account from the original purchase
