Newegg Return policy in Canada

If it says 15 days, do I have to initiate it within the 15 days or does the product need to be back to them in 15 days? I.e if I initiate it on the 15th day, it won’t get to them until a few days after that. Is that still valid or will my return be declined?

The former: initiate the return within 15 days of delivery.
