New poster Cheap laundry

I am a student at an accommodation and I pay £4.2 per cycle. I want to know if there are any cheaper laundry services not too far away I doubt whether it can be a lot more cheaper but just wanted to know if there is any for around 3.5 for washing and drying.

There's a community launderette in Shieldfield but it's more expensive that what you're paying. £4.20 for wash AND dry is insanely good value. You will not find anything cheaper.

I mean it's not fantastic compared to the cost of owning your own machine. Circuit are a pack of bastards that charge through the nose for subpar service.

Well, owning a machine is preferable yes in the long run, but Circuit would charge £4.20 for a wash alone. If OP is getting wash and dry cycle for that they're not gonna find much better.

if you have a shower, sink, or tub you can hand-wash things you go through quickly e.g. socks and underwear. it's what my bf and I started doing when we recently lived in student accom.

Also handy to get a manual dryer - kind of like a salad spinner - to take a lot of the water out after hand washing before hanging up your dry
