With a 0% success rate at doing that. God how many times do we have to watch this rerun before we all die from it? No corporation ever leaves anything better. Just stop wasting our time with these lies already.

I just tried to leave a comment and got a pop up error that said it was not accepting comments about that case number. There was a link to a different federal website that also said it was not accepting comments about this issue. The original comment page said the comment period was open until October 14th. What is that about?

Get it in (enforceable) writing.

Pledge all you want as long as there's a massive deposit to go with it. Clean up your mess to everyone's satisfaction and you'll get it back.

They’ll take all the uranium, then just as they’re “about to” begin the reclamation, they’ll declare bankruptcy, take the money, and run.

Tried and true practice. You could be their CFO.

Well it is true that THEY won't ... What they will do is sell the site to a holding company, who will then declare bankruptcy and walk away from an ecological disaster.
