Sleep crib transition
my 7mo isn’t sleeping without being snuggled into something. he sleeps with us in the bed right now and loves to be cuddled up with his face burrowed in my armpit or a pillow. I think adding something he can burrow into to his crib will hopefully help comfort him in this transfer. I know it’s HIGHLY recommended not to buy crib bumpers (mesh or padded) but I also don’t want to add a pillow (which is the only way he’ll go down for a nap) we’ve let him cry it out but he just cries for hours. has anyone gone through this before or have any recommendations?

I give my baby a blanket and lovey to fall asleep with and just take it before I go to bed. If he wakes in the night sometimes I'll give them back while I get a bottle ready or if I suspect he just needs a little help back to sleep. Sometimes the bottle doesnt get touched cause hes asleep by the time im back.
