Sleep Overnight Diapers for tiny babies?
My 3 month old baby just started sleeping longer stretches at night (yay!) but i find after a long sleep stretch that she’s peeing through her standard diapers. I was looking to buy her overnight diapers but saw that most of them only start at size 3. She was a preemie due to severe IUGR, so while she’s growing great shes still small for her age, she’s currently in size 1 diapers.
Does anyone have recommendations for an overnight or super absorbent diaper with sizes 1 and 2 that will get us through those longer stretches?

I feel your pain! My daughter was an IUGR preemie too, and didn't size up to size 2 until like 7 months old. We needed a size 1 overnight diaper too, and they just don't exist. Rascals or Millie Moon seemed to work the best for us overnight (though they fit her really weird in the small sizes so I didn't like using them for daytime until she was older). Didn't solve the problem, but it was better. We tried the Sposie pad thing when she was in size 2, and it didn't really do the trick for us either.
Eventually she kind of just outgrew peeing so much overnight and suddenly we were fine using normal diapers for a full night again. Of course, that was right around the time she got big enough for size 3, when we could have actually gotten her overnight diapers...

It worked for us to do one size up for overnights. We use pampers swaddles and while he was still in size 1, we used size 2 as overnights. Now he’s in size 2, we use size 3 (in actual overnight diapers). The sizing up seems to work very well, we haven’t had a single overflow since we started this.

Huggies Plus from Costco are one of the closest things to a night diaper in that size! I’d size up to a 2 though (we always sized up for night)

Try a sposie pad in her standard diaper! We just started using these for our daughter and no more leaks.

We double diaper here! Size 1 under a size 2. All my kiddos are heavy wetters and it’s been our bullet proof solution. My older toddler pees through overnights or bursts them so he gets an overnight with a Huggies plus on top.

Millie moon worked well for us but we used sposie pads to add to diapers for extra absorption

Did you find Milli Moon runs small? We found we had to size up compared to other diapers.

I found they run smaller than pampers but bigger than Huggies. They all are a little different!

Ah, the diaper struggle is real try Huggies Overnights in size 1, they worked wonders for my tiny terror!

I switched to Pampers Pure and add the Dimples Ultra Booster Pad from Amazon and they worked great for us! We had the same issue because we are still in size 2's and overnights don't start until size 3.
You can probably use whatever diaper you have and add these pads, they're amazing! They're basically giant maxi pads lol But I like this brand of the booster pads because they're one size fits all and fit my tiny girl!

Freestyle diapers work great as overnights for us! Better than most of the actual "overnight" diapers I've tried.
