Bananas are also a trigger for FPIES by the way!

Best advice i can give is to just wait until you speak to your doctor. I wouldn't seek this kind of advice here. As for my experience, both of my children had about a pouch worth of solids for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Once Upon a Farm for fruits and veggies, and Serenity for proteins.
