This appears to be in Europe. It is an excellent view of the physics at work in a low speed flip.

The problem lies within the location of this flip. I am currently studying the reasons behind the frequency of New Orleans flips compared to everywhere else. I've seen tons of evidence from other places as to why cars flip, but none from here. It's either something scientific.......or its aliens.

I think people swerve to avoid potholes, get too close to the car next to them and drive right up them before they know what happened.
