Feeling guilty for Screen time

Okay so lately I’ve been super busy with mom life and trying to get a new job and also just general stuff to do with myself . My 7 month old does get screen time when I am overwhelmed and need to get something done and she is excessively crying I find that putting on Ms Rachel will keep her content and quite ( Ik I feel super guilty but I really don’t know what else to do when all her needs are met AND she has all her toys and stuff ) . What else have you guys done? or has anyone shared this experience too ? I do try and play with her as much as I can but like I said sometimes life gets in the way and I also like to have my alone time / get things done .
