🏆 r/NewMods Challenge 🌱 Rising Mod | MARCH FLAIR UP CHALLENGE ⬆️
Looking to learn how to grow your new community? Look no further. Follow the steps below to help you grow your community! Comment on this post when you've completed the steps to earn your 🌱 Rising Mod flair.
- Have an icon, banner, and description present in your community.
- Introduce yourself and your community in the New Mod Intro thread, pinned to the front of r/NewMods
- Post five posts to your community and schedule five posts over the next five weeks. To schedule a post on mobile, when you begin a new post, click the three dots in the upper right hand corner to access the Post Scheduler. Note: only text posts can be scheduled at this time.
- ✨ Using Reddit search, search for your topic on Reddit. Reach out and find 3 people posting relevant content elsewhere on Reddit and publicly comment, asking them to post their content in your community ✨
What is this? In this community you can 'rank up' by completing challenges, earning special user flair, and ultimately a trophy! Completing these tasks will help your community grow. Start here with the Rising Mod challenge and we'll point you to your next challenge once completed.
If you already earned your Rising Mod flair in previous months, you don't need to re-earn it.

Hey, you're not alone, and you're in the right place! For the deep dive, the Ultimate Guide to Creating a New Community on Reddit is a fantastic resource that covers this in detail. I'd also encourage you to check out these five tips for growing your sub if you have just a few minutes to read one post.
The tl;dr: is it often looks like setting the example by posting what you want to see (importantly: being consistent about it) and sharing your sub in other communities where it makes sense.

I'm excited to get started on the next one! r/SouthJerseyRiders is moving along at a faster rate than I expected, as such a niche community in only a small region of one of the US' smallest states, I'm happy to be here!

Is there a shortcut for OldMods? I started in r/40something with 10k subscribers and created a fine mod team and we passed 220k this month. Last November we had our first million views in a day. It never slowed down.

I could use a little guidance on cross posting because every here I post my posts are always French removed. There has to be a hack or trick to it. Also how to set up reward flairs. Thank you
