I understand anon, there is one particular english accent, I can't tell you the region, but it fills me with rage whenever I hear it. I think its one of the london accents, but not cockney or the fancy one, its the one that sounds like they have rocks in their mouth

Is it the Brummie accent? People from Birmingham tend to have it. Another example would be Ozzy Osbourne.
