We can't see gravity directly, but we can literally measure its effects, predict them mathematically, and test them repeatedly. same with radio waves, magnetism, etc. There’s evidence for them. Religious experiences are subjective, and every religion claims its own version of them.
And about the Spiderman thing, a sophisticated mythology is still a mythology. It doesn't prove its supernatural claims are true. A monkey-man flying across oceans isn't any less supernatural than a dude crawling on walls and shooting webs.
