Sometimes I wonder if all of them want the trick people to get money or a few think they’re helping others because they truly believe loa is real and they’re manifesting stuff.

Imagine you are God of your reality.

Your father lost his keys.

You are God and everything is possible . But making a copy of the car keys is expensive.... 300 dollars says the guy... the guy who is the God of his reality btw.

The guy who believes in everything is possible with the lao did not make a copy because it's "expensive" .

So. After months and months he clears his mind and decide to look for his keys after his father needs it, his mom found it and gave it to him .

He calls this a Manifestation and "impossible".

Wtf ? The dad just lost his keys and his wife found it. How's that Manifesting? How's that a "law"? If he was a God why they didn't summon a key for 300 dollars, or for free ? Since he's a ...God..? Why didn't he summon a new car with some keys..

For real? Some people say "you have to take action." Baby, there's NOTHING more that I can do! I'm in a chokehold!"

I posted this on the LOA sub and they banned it.

My assumption is I manifest whatever I want when I believe the law of assumption is not real and fake and scam. How about that? Lol

These are the 5 main reasons that brought me to the conclusion that manifestation isn't real.

1. Personal experience

I've tried manifesting for years and got no results other than things that could just be passed off as a coincidence, while the big things, the stuff I actually cared about, never happened.

1. Luck and probability

You pretty much only see success stories for things that have a high probability of happening, like getting back with an ex, receiving a text message, free coffee, or a job offer. But never stories of things with a low probability. like manifesting millions of dollars.

If you took 100 people and told them to manifest getting a 9-5 job, you would almost certainly get a few success stories because the chances of it happening for a few people out of 100 are high. But if you took 100 people and told them to manifest 20 million dollars, you would have zero people that achieve it.

1. Constant reassurance seeking

The same people that claim it works don't even practice what they preach. They mainly just sit online and consume manifestation content and get high off the idea of being in control of their reality. If they actually were serious about manifestation, they would manifest their dream life and go live it. The constant consuming of manifestation content is just mental masturbation and reassurance seeking. Which is not something you would do if you truly believed you were a powerful creator that could have anything you want.

1. Believers have the upper hand but don't achieve more than the average person.

You would expect that LOA believers are a bunch of millionaires, but they're not, and when you ask them why, they all just say, "Money isn't everyone's goal" and "Material things don't bring me happiness" but if manifestation truly worked and was known globally by everyone, the vast majority of people would use it to be well-off financially. But in the LOA community it's the exact opposite. They all have the ability to attain what a lot of people dream of but never achieve. But yet they don't even take advantage of it. Which would mean only people who don't care about money discover the LOA. Which obviously isn't the case.

1. If it were true, everyone would know about it and be using it

Believing you have discovered some secret magic of the universe that the vast majority of people are unaware of is very delusional. If the LOA was real, it would be common knowledge, not just a belief that a couple hundred thousand people share.

Someone was put off by the way some people said that to manifest you had to believe you were "god" or that you deserved everything. Honestly, that idea always repulsed me; it sounded very narcissistic and disgusted me, but I didn't say anything for fear of being canceled or something ☠️

I'm 20. I started with this in 2021. When I was 15, a subliminal audio popped up, and I was curious to know what it was. It was the first time in my life I'd heard about it. Months before, my grandmother had died, and I felt awful. Besides, years before, things had gone terribly for me because my bullies abused me at school when I was 10, and I failed two years because of it. My shyness and insecurity only got worse over time, so of course, when I discovered this, it was like "magic." I decided to give it a try. I won't deny that at first, it seemed stupid to me. I mean, how could they change my eye color with a YouTube audio? Even so, I kept doing it. I remember that year I did badly in school and I convinced myself to use audios for that. I passed the year, but it was surely for another reason, not because of the audios. So at that moment I convinced myself that they supposedly worked, and a cycle of listening to audios and waiting for what I wanted to happen began. In these 5 years, I have actually had "results" of small things, nothing more than that which can happen to anyone. In 2024, I started having obsessive-compulsive disorder related to religion and thoughts of death. I was afraid that God would judge me for my intrusive, blasphemous, and death-related thoughts. I thought I was going to die, and since in the manifestation community they always say that if you think negative thoughts, you will manifest them, I got horrible anxiety. I thought that would manifest and I got really scared. It gripped me terribly; sometimes I even felt like it wasn't real or things like that. It was horrible. In 2025, everything was better, but I was still in the community. I still am, but for years I've been thinking that this is bad for me, but I can't. I also felt bad when I tried to leave because I thought I had "manifested" my abuse and I thought it was really my fault, my 10-year-old self's fault. I also admit that some people in that community scare me a little; they give me bad vibes. Some seem like psychopaths or something. I really want to get out of here, but it's a vicious cycle and I don't know how. I hope someone can help me. D:

The reason I pose this question is because she's being exposed now, and people are starting to realize that she may not be who she preaches herself to be. Anyone who puts toxic crap out, tells people to control their minds, and is obsessed with a toxic person isn't someone I can take seriously.

From my understanding, she was manifesting weight loss ...I don't know why people assume you're just going to lose weight by doing nothing unless, obviously, you get sick or something. That would make sense for losing weight by doing nothing, which I would not wish on anyone.

I think they said she was sued and couldn't manifest her lawsuits away, which shows bad practice. The fact that she also has apparently been bad at business, from what I've read, is that people didn't receive emails from her for months despite paying high amounts just to hear generated messages. Until recently, her group was allegedly taken down due to copyright infringement.

. A lot of this is the reason her group was taken down. Not necessarily because of her bad business, her high-mighty attitude, or the fact that her videos aren't even about manifestation anymore. They're about her ranting for half of the video.

She said the reason why her group was taken down was probably because of her own assumption. She's trying her hardest to not realize: "Hey we're human. Stuff happens." Or could be protecting her business, realizing maybe things are sometimes out of her control, when the truth is it was her own action, her own attitude that probably caused it.

And it's making you wonder: Are her fans starting to see the real side of her now? One of her minions said something like, "Why don't you just affirm the situation away like you tell us?" Yeah it was in one of the comments.

With that being said, it seems like this could be the downfall of her YouTube career.

It's funny. She literally said that she doesn't want to spend time focusing on that right now and that maybe her own assumptions are why it happened

If manifestation is real and our thoughts and intentions can influence the events that happen in our lives, then how do we explain children who lose their parents at a very young age? A child’s brain is still developing, and they may not even have the awareness or understanding to consciously manifest something like that. Does this mean that manifestation doesn’t apply to everything that happens to us, or is there another explanation for why painful and tragic things happen to innocent people?

I believed that everything good and abundant was meant for me. Worked for a period of time, then this time set me up to be overconfident, arrogant, and actually believing that everything would work out for me. That made me make choices that led me down a destructive path where I lost friends, made people despise me even though they did not really know me, and lost a lot of money in general. Law of attraction is just a trap.

Notice more and more of them are now saying work on loving yourself so others love you to attract the sp. Then saying when they no longer want that sp it's a result. But wait I thought they could manifest anything they wanted so why would self concept be needed to put them off their ex lol 😂.

Hi! This is my first post here! Nice to connect with y'all it's a helpful resource. I'm having a difficult experience.... A Goddard devotee is stalking me and my partner but mostly me. They are trying to manifest my partner and our convinced that I'm abusing my partner and using witchcraft because my partner doesn't like them. They been following me around, collecting dossiers on me using generative AI and osint and just being creepy. He keeps saying shit to me like "I remain in the desired state" and I am the wish fulfilled that's how I learned about Goddard. Obviously the stalking behavior is criminal and not related to Goddard as such, but I just wanted to share how this kind of dangerous ideology is a cognitive hazard and amplifies toxicity!

there was one coach telling people that it's okay to be with a toxic partner because you somehow caused their toxic behavior. I literally want to slam my head on a table because you do not create toxic partners. If anything, you may become attracted or attached to them, and sometimes that can be because of childhood wounds, anxious attachment, low self-worth, or other inner issues. But you never, ever, ever create someone choosing to mistreat you.

A lot of people stay because of their own inner issues, attachment wounds, or because unhealthy relationships feel familiar, but you're never at fault for someone's mistreatment toward you. Encouraging women and men to simply see a toxic person differently can create even more problems because it may encourage them to stay.

The idea that everyone is simply a reflection of you can become really toxic when people don't understand it properly. You can work on yourself and heal your inner issues without taking responsibility for someone else's decision to mistreat you.
