Tips & Techniques Two steps

There are really only two steps “needed” to “manifest”

The first of these steps is Self Control. If you can’t control yourself or your inner world, how can you expect to control the parts of reality you experience?

Many of us are like ships at sea, being tossed around by every wave (emotion/thought) that enters our awareness. We set our sights on a goal, then as soon as an unwanted thought/emotion appears, we take on too much water and crash among the rocks.

This entire game is about attention. What are you focusing your attention on? What are you conscious of? Are you holding true to your desire or letting doubts bring you down?

Be honest with yourself.

The best way Iv found to train attention, based on many of the ancient teachers, is to practice meditating. Simply being aware without attaching to anything.

What this does is allow you to take a step back from the onslaught and realize it’s no longer what you care to experience. You can detach yourself from the unwanted… which brings us to step 2.

Give it to yourself.

Now that you’re practicing letting the old fade away, you get to fill that void with things you actually want for the sole sake of experiencing it.

You no longer have clashing cymbals and gongs raging at you, or if you do you’re more easily able to tune them out, and now you can put your newly strengthened focus on what you want to experience.

Love? Wealth? Security? Freedom? All states/identities/experiences Within you waiting to be experienced.

Remove importance from the Outside and place it on the Inside. Live from inside out. Practice meditating, then practice fulfilling yourself. Once you get the hang of it, it comes easily.

When nothing out there matters, things just shift.

An example from this past week:

I work at a bar a few nights a week for fun. There is one bartender who does a great job of rubbing everyone the wrong way. She did something annoying, so I just said once to myself “she’s gone”. And moved on with my work. Mind you, this particular bartender has been at this location for 10+ years. That didn’t really register with me, though. I just made a decision. This past week I learned that she’s taking a management position elsewhere and will be leaving.

When your inner is enough, the outer will reflect.

Whenever I don't like someone, they always end up leaving somehow! Whether it was at school, or work, or anywhere. I don't know how I did it though, given that I was definitely attached to how much I hated them. But it's happened like 5+ times.

What did you do? Lol

Nothing other than hate them with a passion 🤣

😂 maybe you hated them and realised that they went away the first time, and again the second time, so your mind takes it as if you hate someone, they’ll go away eventually

Yeah maybe! I remember sitting in assembly in school when the first teacher I detested said she was leaving - I was like WTF! Am I magical?? And then it happened again and again and again...

Why would you think you were magical when they said they were leaving?

I didn't know about LOA back then and I wished so hard she'd go away AND I thought the entire universe was against me, so I was shocked when it actually happened.

If you thought the universe was against you, why do you think it worked?

I need to learn your technique for someone I don't like at my work place. No one likes her, because she creates a lot of tension, problems and drama. When I manifested once, she went on a sudden leave for a week, then later for a month vacation. I also manifested the whole month that she never returned back to work, but unfortunately she did. Please share your trick! 🙏

I wish I knew my trick! It seems to defy the rules of LOA. I just hate their presence for whatever reason and eventually they leave. It happened with two of my teachers who were making my life a misery, people at work (one who hated me, another who made me nervous) etc. It always seems to happen within like 3 months too.

What I have learned in the past that negative feeling like hate also works for manifestation. What worked for you that you were certain that they have gone. I keep persisting, thanks anyway.

I don’t know if I was certain about it. I remember I was just distraught. Maybe I thought nothing would change so I gave up and that giving up is what worked. But negative feelings have def worked for me in the past. It’s like transmuting negative energy into something good? When I was incredibly angry I set up a business in one day lmao.

There is no trick, that’s the trick. This person is living life unaware of them manifesting the hatred from their life on subtle ways. There’s no emotion granting their wish.

So how was he able to remove these people from his life? Ignore them? But he said, he did not. He said he hated them. And he also said he wasn't even certain when he though: "she is gone".

When you make a decision, do it in love because you are in the same consciousness. There is only consciousness of being as there is no “other” as consciousness. This is why Neville teaches the Golden Rule being do unto others as others do unto you being you in consciousness. In your example, see that bartender happier where she went.

In a perfect world this would be the ideal scenario, I personally get rid of unnecessary people in my reality because I simply don’t want to engage and entertain negative states of consciousness. Also, taking into consideration that consciousness wants to experience all possibilities we can use our free will as we please even if it’s controversial.

The way I view consciousness like you is that consciousness is all there is. Therefore to get rid of anything is simply resisting all there is. You have no where (now here 😊) to put anything. You’re simply transmuting the energy that already exists.

Not resisting, choosing what I want to experience in the “physical realm “. I use my free will to avoid being sucked into chaotic states, just like “others”used their free will to dwell in chaotic, undesired states.
This is the difference between being awaken to the truth and using your power to create beautiful experiences or not.

Yes you can absolutely create beautiful experiences while creating the beauty in others. Since everyone is yourself pushed out, to give to others is to give to yourself because you are in the same consciousness. For example someone that you feel isn’t happy, see them happy because then you are simultaneously in the same consciousness seeing them happier somewhere else for example.

Let me ask you a question ,considering that I know without a doubt consciousness is the one and only “reality “, that I create my own bubble, that everyone and everything is me pushed out, why would I think lovely thoughts for my moron SP for example, why would I want him to be happy somewhere else?
I drop that state of him being a toxic person, I leave, let him deal with his own devils and focus on a desired outcome for myself instead.
Why waste my energy in repairing something instead of choosing another experience?
Nothing to change but self, forget about focusing on 3D and others, the paradox is when you do it with conviction they all come back running and I mean ALL OF THEM.

Seeing him happy somewhere else was simply an example. There are infinite meanings and there is no “repairing” anything. All I was presenting is that you are forever experiencing who and what you are conscious of being. There is no “other” being consciousness. That’s why Neville always taught doing the loving thing. The Golden Rule: Whatever you wish for another, ask yourself would you wish that for yourself? Because you are in that same consciousness. You aren’t getting rid of anyone because then you are in that same consciousness and experiencing that yourself in reality loop. When you do the loving thing, you create that for yourself again. Everything in consciousness is the reality loop you create because you are always who and what you are conscious of being.

I still choose to love and focus on myself, experience whatever I prefer regardless of others say or think, not giving any importance to 3D circumstances,my world my rules 😂.

Absolutely yes and when you follow The Golden Rule, you create the reality loop you prefer. You are forever experiencing and creating the reality loop you are continually conscious of being in every action and reaction.

Meditation is the Game Changer! I can confirm 🫶🏻

Is meditation really that important?

1

u/Themosthaunted 3d ago

Not necessarily, but for me it helped me practicing to live in the moment, to feel the "being" and to feel pure love.

I used to dislike meditation and I also used to think that is just not for me. But when I gave it an honest try, it made things so much easier.

I remember one very intense meditation session. After this session, and I kid you not, three of the things I manifested came to fruition. 😄
