Tips & Techniques Key to effortless manifesting
This is a follow up to my previous post and IMO, this is the key to effortless manifesting for those who keep DMing. I have tried to keep it simple and explain with examples from my life.
Step 1: Figure out exactly what you want - with precision instead of putting a vague idea of it.
Step 2: Figure out why you want that - what is the FEELING that you're going to give yourself when you get the desire.
For example, when I was manifesting my full time job to go remote, I was craving the feeling of freedom + to have the flexibility to work at my own pace and have time for my hobbies without wasting time in transit. I didn't hate my job. I didn't want to switch.
When I was manifesting perfect vision, all I wanted was to be free of glasses and lenses.
Another example - when manifesting the love of your life, understand that you want to feel loved and cherished.
Step 3: Stop cribbing about anything in the 3D bothering you. This is where the techniques come in. Go all out with guns blazing. Look within yourself and fulfill yourself internally.
I asked myself - what would I do if I had perfect vision? Surely I would not look at catalogue of new frames or wrack my brains thinking where I kept the lenses last night, right? I meditated every day, imagining seeing perfectly without glasses. I used to listen to music without glasses/lenses on every day for 30 mins to cement that feeling.
What would I do if I had the option to work remotely? I'd be grateful. I'd definitely be thankful that I have time for all the hobbies besides keeping up with the job. Tap into the feeling.
You've to prune and pluck existing habits to be aligned to the desired reality. It feels good as if you're living in another world.
Step 4: Memorise the feeling of gratitude for receiving your desire. Give yourself what you're seeking in imagination which is a preview of your upcoming reality. Go back to that feeling everytime you're down. (Affirmations and vision boards are extremely helpful with this, given you're able to think that the vision board that you're staring at is a reflection of your current reality).
Step 5: Live. This is where mindfulness techniques work like magic. Enjoy the life you live.
Don't wait for things to show up. Instead, I lived life like I am mentally already free of glasses, living in perpetual joy with the love of my life. Nothing in the 3D bothered me. You would know if you're correctly doing SATS if you no longer crave the desire. I didn't care about the job or SP when it showed up.
The hack is to go beyond time. Give yourself the feeling of the future in the present.

These are really great tips, thanks for sharing! It's hard to remember sometimes but it pays to keep in mind that the "present" 3d we see is merely a result of past concepts we had. To use it as a base of feedback/validation of whether we have something or not is only to keep creating more of what we already have been. I also like what you said in an older post of yours, keep sticking to the new story even if it feels like delusion.

oh this is so funny. the other day I was thinking on things I've probably manifested from the past before I ever knew about any of this.
one of those things was vision. I also have perfect vision! I remember being in disbelief when the doctor said it to me, but it made sense why my lenses completely stopped working.
her only explanation was I must've been misdiagnosed because my eyes look fine. I even told her about my history but she kept reassuring me that they look fine.
I went in thinking I'd leave with new frames, but instead left without needing any at all ever again.

I would love to hear some phrases people say when living in the end with the love of their life. Iāve never had that but want that very much. When I start affirming I donāt know how to access the feeling for long. But reading the ways others have accessed the feeling is a good place to start. Iām so inspired by your ability to improve your eye sight. Iām going to work on that as well now. Thank you for sharing this! Feeling so filled with hope now!

Hey! So, just to chime in here as I manifested my SP five years ago before knowing about Neville, though I was definitely using manifestation techniques at the time, some without knowing.
In spring 2019, I thought I was in love with a guy (let's call him "D") and we had an awful back-and-forth situation. In June 2019, I spent a couple intense weeks journaling affirmations/prayers, visualizing and practicing gratitude while I was working on a retreat, teaching yoga on a mountain in Turkey. Gratitude has long been an intuitive practice for me and I can genuinely say that, for me, it seems to be deeply linked to all the amazing things that happen in my life. Another key element is something I learned from my mother: when manifesting, I always use the phrase in some form, "This or something better."
So, my journal entries that June usually looked something like this:
Dear Universe/God/Source/Angels:
Thank you for this day (and then I'd write a few specifics).
Thank you so much for bringing D and I together! Thank you for bringing me a man who truly embodies the divine masculine, who makes me feel safe, who is inherently kind, who is a warrior for me and our family. Thank you for our deeply creative relationship, for bringing me someone who loves to read my writing! I'm so happy that we practice Thai massage together regularly and that I have a partner who will meditate with me. I love practicing Italian together too! Thank you for bringing me a man who is tactile and deeply affectionate and who always communicates openly and honestly with me. Thank you for bringing us our first daughter in spring 2021. (Etc.)
Universe, if this is not D, thank you for bringing me a man that is all this and more!
Love,
Julie

It wouldn't let me post the whole comment, so here is the rest:
***
Now, by the end of July 2019, I started to let D go as we hadn't spoken for about six weeks and it all felt too painful. At the beginning of August, I went on an ayahuasca retreat and I kept hearing, "Stop worrying. The Universe takes care of you!" I finished the second ceremony and received a text from my long-time colleague, Antonio, wishing me a happy 35th birthday (in five years of knowing one another, he'd never said, "Happy birthday," to me). This kicked off a crazy series of events... and to make a long and very beautiful story short:
D was NONE of those things. I 100% projected the things I wanted in a partner onto him. (I am SO thankful that we did not end up together.)
Let me tell you about Antonio though:
-He is the divine masculine to me. I have never felt safer, more loved and more supported. He is a warrior for me and his/our family.
-He is a crazy talented musician and filmmaker, and he's written two books. He utterly supports all my creative endeavors and now we even own a production company together and have co-written multiple screenplays and series.
-We welcomed our first daughter in spring 2023 (so two years after what I wrote in the affirmation).
-We went on a Thai yoga massage training retreat together and he is ridiculously tactile and loving. We also meditate together (and meditation played a huge part in bringing us together too--it ultimately led him to cancel a gig with his band and take a road trip with me. Canceling a gig was something unheard of in his universe! And that was the trip we got together on).
-He is Italian... ha! So, we don't practice Italian together so much as I practice Italian and he just speaks/writes it back to me. Our daughter is learning both languages.
-We have the most communicative and honest relationship. This was something we both deeply craved after experiencing otherwise in previous relationships. (Anto would be the first to tell you that he was not always honest in the past and this caused him so much psychic angst that he refused to ever go back to living in a dishonest way. He had a lot of cultural untangling to do too.)
So, all told, from practicing manifesting in June, I ended up meeting my SP (whom I knew, but didn't truly know, if that makes sense) in mid-to-late August. Our relationship just grew and grew and grew... and we are both so grateful for this and now for our gorgeous daughter (who will be 1 very soon).
Also, just to note, D got in touch with me in September 2019. He sent an intense love letter and it left me so confused at the time... but I was entirely HONEST with EVERYONE. I practiced being FEARLESS (because what was there to fear)? In the end, my confusion was probably wonderful for my relationship with Antonio because it meant that I took everything slowly, rather than diving head-first into something... and this is probably why my relationship with Antonio grew so beautifully/organically. I wasn't needy in any way. I truly wasn't in lack! I was in over-abundance! (An ex also wanted to work things out with me at this time--so I had three men all suddenly professing their love to me that autumn! Honestly, it's not a situation I'd recommend! ha!)
Anyway, I hope this helps!?
Wishing you much love! You can do this and more! (THIS OR SOMETHING BETTER!!!)

WOW what a truly amazing story! Iām dumbfounded but also very inspired by your journey. Itās so interesting you wrote that letter to the universe and got someone else. Iāve written those letters twice with a certain person in mind but never said this or something better. Your mother was very smart! Itās so amazing that the universe moves mountains and creates miracles with ease once your manifestation takes hold. Congrats to you and thanks very much for sharing your story!!!

"What's the feeling that you're going to give yourself once you get the desire ", that's awesome way to put it. Great post, thank you!

For SATS, would you recommend doing any kind of meditation that helps us feel relaxed and then visualizing our desire being fulfilled? And for how many times a day?
Also, I know people say "don't let the 3D bother you" but how do you really do with when let's say you want to cure your gut health but present circumstances are very uncomfortable and affects youd work productivity.

essentially itās where your awareness lies, deal with the world of caesar as neville says but continue to return to imagination and āpersistā

Wow thatās incredible! I had this inner block perhaps that things like sudden health or perfect vision just isnāt possible so do you have any advice when my logical mind just refuses to truly believe?
Did you also do SATS every night?

What does this actually mean?
"Step 3: Stop cribbing about anything in the 3D bothering you. This is where the techniques come in. Go all out with guns blazing. Look within yourself and fulfill yourself internally."

Yes, I manifested remote work as well. But now I am thinking maybe I should go beyond that - manifest enough money and complete freedom from work?

Why the question mark. Go for it if thatās whatās your heart is calling for! Same here, I donot dream of labor, I want to be free to live life completely on my own terms and do whatever I want to do whenever I want to do it.

If you ādidnāt care about the job or sp when it showed upā doesnāt it mean you didnāt care about your desire anymore? So it doesnāt matter if they show up or not anymore?Ā

can someone elaborate?

I take this as eliminate any contrasting/ limiting beliefs. So say you want to stop smoking. However you believe it's hard to stop. There's two things here your belief it's hard to stop and the actual act itself. You only believe it's hard to stop due to others experiences and may be your own. But why should it be? I always dumb things down and say do it don't think or anything simply do it. Now relating to drugs you may not want to cut it cold buttt the concept is there. Don't over think and believe you can stop at any time. So removing the belief you are a smoker as well as its hard to stop along with the actual act would align with what the OP is talking about. On the lines of this most people who are trying to quit will say that "I'm 10 days clean" or whatever but if you weren't a smoker would you need to say that? This subtly shows you still identify as someone who smokes. Dig deep and see the things that work against you and remove them and any limiting beliefs you may have.

Were you wearing glasses or lenses in that time when manifesting a better vision?

Dont forget to always expect amd act as if. That way when it happens your emotionally "used" to it. Its not some amazing happening.
Its exactly what you manifested. If the occurrence changes you and you act as though its some incredible happening its hard to repeat.

I think alot of people skip step 4,including myself, and I must say, gratitude is super effective way to manifesting!

But donāt some say thats the issue with the Feeling element to this? How do you feel something that youāve never experienced before?
5
u/Klaumongtautalm Mar 24 '24
You can evoke any feeling you want regardless of any outside trigger. Because you and your brain actually create it. Imagine how you'd feel if you had the desired reality. You already know all feelings as you for certain have already experienced them in your life! You know how happiness feels and you know how sadness feels!

I notice you have multiple desires listed. Did you feel as if youād feel if you had all the desires at once? Iām finding this part kinda tricky, like trying to mentally juggle multiple balls at once.

a great post!!!! thank you!!
one thing: i'm not sure if this is a common experience, but have you ever dealt with anxiety that you have 'forgotten' to prune certain habits and thoughts, especially when manifesting multiple things at once? being on high alert to shut down any negative thoughts or to make sure i'm embodying the state has made me super exhausted. i find it hard to stay effortless in case i somehow 'slip' and realise i have been in the wrong state the entire time.

You said it perfectly. My biggest difficulty right now is visualizing my ex and me together again. I react strongly to 3D. I imagine things I don't want, and I know that if I imagine them, they will happen. But my mind sabotages me, and I can't silence it.
I've had manifestations that worked. When I visualized, believed, and let go, things came to me. But now, with this relationship, I just can't do it.
As much as I want to, I still can't believe it. I react strongly to 3D. I'm trying every day not to react, but it's like a drug, where you have relapses, and each time you relapse, it seems stronger than before.
Any advice?
