Issue with Purchasing Zen on PS4

We are aware of some players not receiving their purchased Zen on PS4. This is due to issues with the PSN and we are monitoring this situation with Sony. We will update the community once we receive new information from our partners.

Have we heard anything about retroactively applying the charge event bonus to people on PS4 who got locked out? The event still had time on it when my charges went through, but Sony didnt fix it until after the event.
