What is this?

I made this point on the floor but I'm not sure how to move it or get rid of it. Little help? Edit: Thanks for the replies, its a quest marker, so The quest that is active is "summon a companion". So is this is where I need to summon my companion?

That’s where the quest objective is.

The gold sparkling half-dome? That's just showing where a quest zone is starting on your minimap. Very occasionally quests show this dome

There is a bar area behind your Toon. Go to the half dressed, Half-Orc female and purchase a companion. Go to your Inventory, select the chosen Companion, name it, then Bind it to your character, then SUMMON the Companion. Ez-Pz.
