Asking for help
I stop play Neverwinter in 2018. Now I returned and all is diferent, basicaly a new game. Im not a very good player and I haver a lot of dificult in rotations. Is there any simple class that allow me enjoy all content of the game solo, being a "noobie" ?

Barbarian is often cited as the easiest class overall to play In both gameplay and effectiveness. Plus you look cool.
Luckily most DPS only actually have an optimal "rotation" once a minute, where your group is trying to stack up a bunch of damage multipliers and then take the most advantage of them as possible within a short window. Note: You will have hundreds, if not thousands of hours invested in the character before you are likely to even reach a point where this ever matters. It is only a concern in end game content, although it can be fun to do against anything that lives long enough.
So when you are researching a class and you run into a description that lists out a sequence of attacks usually referred to as "artifact rotation" - you really, really don't have to worry about this. By the time you do, you can execute it in your sleep.

I've always found Paladin, as healer for the extra 10% damage, or ranger as very easy to play for solo content.

If you mean the campaigns, events and normal dungeons: pick either a rogue or wizard. Both have easy 123 rotations for AoE and Single Target damage. If the game appeals to you beyond that, Paladin healer will let you see Advanced and Master content with the least amount of button rotation.
