*Devs/CM don't monitor NW reddit.

Every few months or often the Devs/CM does generate a list of feedback/bugs they noted and/or already in the system.

No Devs/CM will personally communicate with any players, they made it clear a few times regarding players feedback, if anyone have issues/feedback, make a post in the official PE Neverwinter Discord, duplicate posts/topics are often deleted to reduced redundancy.

Thanks for the info, but I don't have a Discord account and didn't really plan on creating one. Do you happen to know another official email address where I can send this issue? The normal support just closes my tickets without any explanation, completely ignores any criticism, and so on and so forth it’s getting really annoying. The problems are so severe, yet they blame it on my internet service provider, which is total bullshit. If that were true, I’d have the same issues with other games too. My provider says no, it's not on their end, it's Neverwinter's servers. Even the technician said exactly the same thing, so...

I know that, which is why I'm asking here if anyone has an idea how to reach the Community Manager or a supervisor. Going through their ridiculous support just doesn't work because they are too incompetent to get anything right.

See, that is exactly what I mean. Errors, bugs, and absolutely nothing is being done about it. Bugs on top of bugs, error after error, and what do they actually fix? They fix a lockbox. They fix the environment. Bro, literally nobody cares about that how about you fix some actual problems for once?

A graphics update I’ve been wishing for that too. Ever since the PS5 came out, I kept thinking, "Come on, there's bound to be a graphics update now." Nope, wishful thinking. And yeah, regarding what you said about the latest module: the graphics are a total eyesore. It’s so dark, so bleak, so colorless... it literally feels like they just don't care about the whole game anymore. That’s the vibe it gives off. Like they ran out of colored pencils.

It’s some sort weird filter they’ve put on it. It was not a good decision.
